PTO Grant Request Form


Any current member of the Meadow View staff may apply for a grant that will enhance the experience of the students. We encourage you to submit applications for materials that will enhance an existing unit or for an event that will impact a large number of students.

Your application will be evaluated based on how the proposed item, project or event supports our students. Consideration will also be given to the number of students impacted.

Applications will be accepted through the end of the school year will be considered by the PTO Board of Directors until funds are depleted. All grant requests must first be approved by the Principal and must be submitted prior to the monthly PTO board meetings (Sept. 11, Oct. 16, Nov. 6, Jan. 8, Feb. 12, March 5, April 9 and May 7)

Monies granted must be spent by the end of the school year in which they were requested (exception: April or May grants must be spent within the first semester of the following school year).
