Media Release & Confidentiality Agreement: James Terry Collective

MEDIA RELEASE: I give full permission to James Terry Collective to use my name and image in any aspect in relation to and relevant to this production of Legally Blonde the Musical, and the company James Terry Collective. I understand that any process of this production may be filmed and photographed, and I give my permission to use these recordings in all media including print, broadcast, radio, and social media, to promote Legally Blonde the Musical, or the company James Terry Collective at any stage or after the production has concluded.

CONFIDENTIALITY: I understand and agree to maintain this confidentiality agreement for anything in relation to the production of Legally Blonde the Musical, and James Terry Collective. I agree to keep all aspects of the production confidential, including conversations in person or online, distribute any contracts or documents, show materials, or intellectual property. I agree that this includes the auditions progress, and any casting decisions.

INSURANCE:  James Terry Collective collaborates with artists in a non-equity arrangement as sub contractors. James Terry Collective offers complete public liability insurance, but does not cover individual personal insurance. All artists are encouraged to organise their own personal and income protection insurance. I agree that participating in this production is at my own risk and therefore take full responsibility for any illnesses, accidents, and injuries that may occur during any process of this production, and that James Terry Collective will not be held liable.
